Shipping costs will vary based on weight and shipping destination. All shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process.
Our Shipping Process
Orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday only. Orders typically ship within 3-7 days but delays can happen during the holiday season (November-December) or if any Hurricane has affected the area (It happens!). If there is a hold up for any other reason, we will contact you via email and let you know. Please be sure to check your spam folder! We try to pack all your gear in one shipment but be advised, there will be times when more than one package is needed, depending if we need to protect your garments.
Where is your stuff, anyway?
You will receive an email with tracking information once the package has been fulfilled. Once shipped, please allow at least 48 hours for tracking information to be updated. Be advised, there might be instances where we will need to send different items from your order in separate packaging.
Want to cancel your order or change it?
We are unable to cancel or adjust orders during our Black Friday / Cyber Monday Sale. All Sales Are Final During Black Friday / Cyber Monday. If you have any questions please contact firstname.lastname@example.org .
Orders shipped within the US Territory Puerto Rico will be charged a sales tax of 11.5%.
The Geekrican Store is currently not working with International Shipping. In a few months, we will be working out details so all the world can shop our style. Hang in there.
