Returns & Refunds
Since all products at the Geekrican Store are produced in limited quantity, we cannot do exchanges for sizes, so please use our size chart wisely before purchasing a product. We only accept returns with refunds.
Returns can only be made within 30 days of receiving your package. If 30 days have passed since you received your package, we cannot issue a refund for your merchandise.
To be eligible for a returns, the items must be unworn, unwashed, and in 'as new' condition. If the return is not in 'as new' condition, it will not be accepted and you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the goods back to you. The items should be in the original packaging if possible and must have a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase. Please ship your package with tracking number and email to us at email@example.com. We are not responsible for packages lost by shipping carriers.
We can only issue a refund once your return has been received. The refund will be issued to the original payment method that was used when placing the order. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
If the item you received is damaged, contact us so we can refund your purchase including shipping.
Sale Event Notice: due to inventory constraints, all Sales are final and cannot be refunded.
If you receive the wrong item or have received an item that is defective, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your order is returned to us due to an "invalid address,” we will automatically refund the order. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
